Karenliz Diary #2

Hello my dreamers,

What's up? How are you? While I was typing this, it's raining and rain makes me feel relax as always that's why I remember posting my 2nd installment of my diary. Our house is still under renovation. I think it'll be finish next year. I'm having a great time at my work because it's easy and it's a day job. I already have holidays, Saturdays and Sundays to rest. Oh and by the way, I'm trying to lose weight and I think it's kinda effective. I don't eat rice during lunch and dinner, breakfast only. Im kinda cutting sugar. No chocolates(huhu) and no softdrinks(beforehand Im not really much of a soda drinker) and juice. I eat a lot of green leafy vegetables. I eat and drink pineapple. haha. First three days, I stop drinking coffee but my bowel movement is dependent on coffee so 4th day I have to drink again. Any alternative to coffee? Aside from diet, I also exercise every night. Usually 30 mins to 1 hour, depends on the intensity of the workout. I love watching Popsugar fitness and Shaun T's workout vids. Honestly, I'm scared with my health that's why I'm trying to lose weight. It's not for the reason to be sexy but to be fit. We have hypertension in our genetics and 100% I'll inherit that. Ofcourse, I also want to get pregnant soon and I do not like to regret not exercising now and have complications in the future. Any exercising tips?diet?suggestions please on how did you lose weight effectively. I know everything comes to discipline. I did it before and I can do it now. :)
